The quality of the manufactured products and services provided by NPA meet our clients and customers' expectancies.

Our commitment with quality is intended to a participative management action having people as the most important part of the process, in a transparent relationship with collaborators, suppliers, and clients.

For NPA, the quality is deemed to be:

•the goal in the client/supplier relationship, whether internal or external.

•an indispensable instrument for seeking profitability and development.

•the main tool for preventing failures.

NPA undertakes the commitment with the Continuous Improvement of Quality and shares this responsibility with all collaborators.
